Privacy policy
Short version: this marketing site does not set cookies, run analytics, or share visitor data with third parties. Sensitive-data handling in our products is governed separately.
Scope
This policy covers the public marketing website at kennedyappliedsciences.com. It does not cover the StratoSort product, custom consulting engagements, or any application or deployment delivered under a separate agreement. Those engagements are governed by their own data-handling terms.
What we collect
- Nothing in the browser. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and does not embed third-party trackers or pixels.
- Email you send us. If you contact us via contact@kennedyappliedsciences.com, we receive whatever you include in the message. We use that information only to respond and to evaluate fit for engagement.
- Hosting logs. The site is served by GitHub Pages, which keeps standard request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for operational and security purposes. We do not access or process those logs.
- Web fonts. We load DM Sans and JetBrains Mono from Google Fonts. Google’s servers see your IP address as part of normal HTTP requests. See Google’s font privacy notice.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
- We do not place advertising or behavioral tracking on this site.
- We do not use email contents to train AI models.
How long we keep things
Email correspondence is retained for as long as it is operationally useful to maintain the conversation or contractual relationship. You can ask us to delete email records by writing to contact@kennedyappliedsciences.com.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information we hold about you. Send requests to contact@kennedyappliedsciences.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site or business evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
