Kennedy Applied Sciences combines a PhD in AI, cognitive augmentation, and neuromorphic computing with over 24 years of collective leadership in healthcare IT and enterprise operations. The team also brings PMP certification and advanced degrees in Economics and Marketing.

That background produced StratoSort Core, privacy-first AI-native software designed to support regulated environments, including HIPAA, FINRA, and SOX workflows. Models are intended to run on-device, and the architecture prioritizes local processing with minimal external network dependency for core use cases.
